For many physicians interested in relocating to Nevada, the state’s lack of personal income tax is a top factor. This business friendly state has one of the best tax set ups in the country with low sales and property taxes as well. Those interested in participating in a private group will find that business taxes are extremely friendly as well, with no corporate income tax,franchise tax, unitary tax, or inventory tax. There’s also no inheritance or estate tax. Whew, that’s a list! We usually don’t brag much about what our state DOESN’T have, but in this case, Nevada is looking pretty great for its favorable taxes.
