Practice details include:
- Four Physician Group, Stable Practice
- Salary with Production Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package
- Only 6-7 days of call per month
- No ER coverage, only cover the patients for the practice
- A 401K is offered, and this employer will put in 3% of your base salary regardless if you provide a match
- When you are on call, there is no office work scheduled for that day, and you have only a 1/2 day in the office on any post-call day
