Greensboro, NC Area Oncology/Hematology Job with M-F Schedule

Excellent Hematology / Oncology opportunity with a university-affiliated hospital in northern-central North Carolina only 30 minutes to Greensboro. You will be a solo physician with new consults being 60 minutes and follow ups 30 minutes. You will work in an outpatient setting, patients are sometimes admitted to local hospital and you may consult but Hospitalists manage.


Practice details include:

  • Monday – Friday schedule
  • Call limited to phone – 1:2 call
  • 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology
  • 12-14 Infusion patients per day (7-8 of those being chemotherapy)
  • No more than 10 chemo infusions per day
  • Currently only doing breast and bone biopsies
