Practice details include:

  • Mon-Fri with option of 7:30a-4:30p or 8a-5p
  • 3 clinics, all within 20 min of downtown Phoenix
  • Base salary ranging from $240k-$260k DOE
  • Bonus structure- 30% rev split
  • 20-25 patients/day with opportunity to see more to increase earnings
  • 1:10 telephone only call
