Lucrative OB/GYN opportunity to join a top 100 rated rural hospital 7 of the past 8 years in a charming Upper Midwest community backed by a $4 billion dollar health care system based out of MPLS/St. Paul. This hospital is Healthgrades top hospital for patient safety and experience and has grown over 30% in the past 5 years with very little turnover. Expect to have a high amount of autonomy in this position all in a scenic river-valley town with historic charm and a strong sense of community.

Practice details include:

  • Salary range of $430,000 to $450,000
  • Sign on bonus up to $100,000 with $20,000 in educational allowance
  • All candidates will be eligible for relocation expenses, based on distance moved, up to $20,000.
  • Light 1:3-4 call schedule
  • Robotics available
  • 50/50 OB and GYN – expect 100 deliveries per year (hospital averages 325)
  • 6 weeks PTO
