Practice details include:

  • Salary up to $680,000
  • Production incentives and comprehensive benefits package (including health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, retirement plans, and CME allowance)
  • Relocation assistance and potential loan repayment options for eligible candidates
  • Fellowship training preferred. General Ortho with emphasis on hand and upper extremity surgery.
  • Fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery (preferred) or significant focused experience in hand surgery
  • Hospital-employed, community hospital with outpatient clinic (primarily at Bone & Joint Center locations)
  • Call Schedule: Shared call (light to moderate, with support from general orthopedists and potential for system collaboration); designed to support work-life balance in a rural community
  • Support for building a thriving hand surgery practice with dedicated clinic time and operating room access
