Non-Invasive Cardiology Job in Massachusetts with Minimal Call

Join a team of 6 Cardiologists and 9 APP’s at a financially secure, independent community hospital system in Massachusetts, with a teaching service and a busy Cardiology practice. Seeking team members who can provide inpatient and outpatient care. There is also interest in providers who prefer solely inpatient or outpatient care. This is a short drive to Boston, MA and New York City and is a 4-season resort community, with ample cultural opportunities.

Practice details include:

• $45,000 sign on bonus
• 3 year $515,000 guarantee base salary 
• 403b and 457B

• Full service lectrphysiology lab, catheterization lab (Diagnostic lab only), and Advanced Imaging Center (Cardiac CTA and Cardiac MRI’S)
• Academic affiliation with a local hospital that offers teaching opportunities
• One weeknight call per week with only one weekend call a month
• Receives over 70 new referrals, weekly
• New providers can develop owned patient panel, quickly
• 36 hours of clinical patient time, and 4 hours of admin
• The health system has three facilities under its umbrella
• The RVU target is 7,745
• The conversion factor for wRVUs above the group target is $67.31 per wRVU
• You will receive 7 weeks of “Time Off” per year which can be used for vacation, sick time, CME, etc. This will be prorated based on weeks worked in the fiscal year
• You will have the opportunity to earn up to $17,500 of compensation for Performance Incentives
• 1:9 Call Ratio
• CME time and $4,500 available
