Practice details include:

• 2-year guaranteed salary plus wRVU production bonuses
• Sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation allowance
• $2,500 CME stipend
• 25 PTO days

• Malpractice WITH tail coverage provided
• Join 2 physicians and 3 highly skilled NPs
• Mix of vascular, peripheral, and coronary (no structural)
• Balanced schedule: 3 clinic days, 2 procedure days
• 6-8 procedures per day ~ 18 clinic patients per day
• Group averages 150 caths and 75 PCIs annually; performed 235 PCIs in 2024
• Two cath labs on site with advanced imaging and monitoring
• Dedicated Heart Center with full cardiac rehab program
• Perform echos and vascular studies in-office
• NPs support both clinic and inpatient rounding
• 6 hospital days per month, remainder in clinic
• Payer mix: 30% commercial, 65% Medicare, 5% Medicaid
• No structural program and no CT surgery backup required
