Our client in Upstate NY, a little more than an hour from Albany, and with a metro of 60K, is seeking a Hematology/Oncology provider to join their large, well-established multi-specialty group. This outpatient-only position is part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary model, and offers a comprehensive support team that includes Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Financial Counselors, and more. The area features quiet rural living, enriched by cultural and outdoor recreational opportunities.

Practice details include:

  • Base Salary of $600K-$675K
  • Up to $200K Sign on Bonus
  • 4-day work week
  • Fellowship stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation.
  • 1:6 Shared Remote Call
  • Outpatient Only with Dedicated Inpatient Oncologist
  • Incentive Plan with No Earnings Cap
