Practice details include:

M-F, 9am-5pm
No nights, weekends, or call
Base salary range of $280k-$320k DOE
Avg 18-20pts per day
5 other PC providers and in-house specialty physicians
Multiple bonus opportunities – RAF, Quality and Membership Growth
Sign On & Relocation Bonus available
