Practice details include:
- Base salary $140,000 – $170,000, based on experience and specialization
- Diabetes experience required
- Productivity-based bonus eligibility
- Full benefits for providers working >0.8 FTE
- Malpractice coverage included
- 4 weeks PTO
- Full-time preferred; part-time considered (minimum 25 hours/week)
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8am – 4pm
- Hybrid option available (up to 20% virtual)

- Patient volume of 18-20 per day
- Limited call: every other week for emergent issues only
