Google Map

Many physician job seekers are attracted to Maryland for family reasons- either near by relatives or a spouse seeking government related employment in the area. For this reason Maryland has some of the lowest unemployment rates in the region. This is good news for physicians, as the vast majority of patients in Maryland are well-insured. Of course, there are many other reasons that Maryland is an attractive state to relocate- the history and culture of this part of New England offers much enjoyable cultural recreation. The weather is moderate, with very enjoyable springs and falls. Summer is humid, but winter makes up for it with a lack of snow and generally mild season.
