We are seeking a quality-driven physician to join a post-acute care team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a full-time opportunity (4-5 days/week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential. Compensation is fee for service with an estimated compensation range of $262,000 to $314,000 annually and no cap on productivity income potential.

Practice details include:
