• Inpatient Surgical Critical Care ICU role within a Level I Trauma Center
• Manage high-acuity patients including complex trauma, transplant, vascular, general surgery, neurosurgery, and interventional radiology cases
• Work within a multidisciplinary critical care team in a fast-paced academic environment
• Ideal for Acute Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with ICU experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent critical care APP experience required
• Must be comfortable independently managing ICU patients on night shift
• Responsibilities include ventilator management, resuscitation, and critical care procedures within APP scope
• Collaborative practice model with established physician oversight and ICU protocols
