This are three other physicians in the group and they average 70-90 deliveries per month. This position offers a phenomenal compensation package with a $400k base salary and $50k sign-on bonus. They also have a $25k retention bonus each year for up to three years. Also enjoy $50k of loan forgiveness with a 2-year commitment.
