Rheumatologist needed in NW Ohio. Incredible practice opportunity located near Toledo. This Northwestern Ohio practice is seeking a Rheumatology provider to join its team. Hospital employed position in which the provider will be joining an experienced team . Easy access to Columbus and Toledo metro for events and airports. Full or part time options with flexibility in the schedule.

Practice details include:

• Base Salary $300,000 + wRVU bonus
• Signing Bonus $50,000
• Student Support during or following training (option of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
• Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week – 4hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)
• Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, optional 4hr Sat)
• Personal life and work balance, 2-5 days/week, 4-12 hours/day, option of extended morning or evening hours, 100% outpatient, office VM for call (average less than one/month.)
• Practice autonomy, choice of patient mix and ages, ability to provide input and bring ideas to practice.
• Team support and collaboration with experienced and supportive staff and local administration, full complement of medical and surgical specialties.
• 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2)
• Full benefits, CME time and $$ plus 248 hours of PTO and Accurred sick time up to 600 hours.
