About New Hampshire

Google Map

With the motto “Live Free or Die”, it’s probably not surprising that New Hampshire is one of the best states in the country for low taxes and high valuation of personal freedoms. With no broad-based taxes (including income tax and sales tax, you’ll absolutely keep more of what you make in New Hampshire. For those with an adventurous, libertarian spirit, New Hampshire’s commitment to freedom includes not requiring a driver’s license among other personal rights legislation. As a fun aside, due to an error in writing the legislation, while there are tolls in New Hampshire, you’re not actually required to pay them!
